Fred Swain

Fred Swain has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the automotive industry. Fred began their career at Tower Automotive as a Production Supervisor from an unknown start date until 2005. Fred then joined Lear Corporation as a Production Supervisor from December 2005 to May 2006. Fred's career progressed at Android Industries where they held multiple positions over the years. Fred started as a Shift Leader from May 2006 to April 2010, followed by a role as a Quality Systems Engineer from April 2010 to November 2011. Fred then became an Operations Manager from November 2011 to August 2016, and subsequently served as a Plant Manager from July 2016 to December 2021. Fred's most recent role at Android Industries is the Regional Plant Manager for the FCA Business Unit, which they held from August 2018. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Android Industries, starting from November 2021.

Fred Swain received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, Automated Manufacturing from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2001. Prior to this, they attended Corliss High School from 1993 to 1997.
