Jenny joined Anomaly in 2010 and has been driving our focus on recruiting world-class, entrepreneurial talent looking for a more progressive agency ever since, overseeing our commitment to scaling with quality, and going from 100 people and two offices to over 800 people and seven offices around the world.
Previously, spent time as both a freelance recruiter, as well as nine years at Leo Burnett as VP, Talent Director. Jenny is a skilled Yoga instructor, both for Anomaly and her own practice.
