Nicholas Jackman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nicholas began their career as an Engineer in the Drilling and Completions field at Baker Hughes Incorporated from 1996 to 2003. Nicholas then took on the role of Business Development Manager, focusing on introducing a new oilfield drilling product line to regional clients.
In 2006, Nicholas joined Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where they executed and analyzed various financial transactions for corporate clients and financial sponsors. Their responsibilities included building detailed financial models and addressing shareholder activism and takeover defense situations. Nicholas remained with Credit Suisse until 2012.
From 2012 to 2015, Nicholas worked at The ANSA McAL Group as the Lead Investment Analyst in the Corporate Development Group. Here, they contributed to the company's investment strategies.
In 2017, Nicholas returned to The ANSA McAL Group in a senior leadership position. Nicholas started as the Head of Business Development, leading the group's business development team in shaping the company's strategy and identifying potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
