Biying Chen

Biying Chen is a Senior Algorithm Engineer at Ant Financial, with experience starting from September 2018. Prior to this role, Biying served as a Data Scientist I at Expedia, Inc. from May 2016 to August 2018 and completed an internship as a Data Scientist Intern at Pacific Dental Services in the summer of 2015. Biying's internship involved preprocessing SQL data for analysis, utilizing R and Microsoft Azure for data visualization, and implementing k-means clustering and random forests for analyzing patient spending behavior. Biying holds a Master of Science in Statistics from UC Irvine (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Capital Normal University (2010-2014).
