Andy Vincent has extensive experience in the senior living industry, specifically in the field of plant operations and facilities management. Andy started their career in 2014 as a Maintenance Manager at Autumn Leaves Memory Care and then transitioned to roles such as Plant Manager at Sagora Senior Living and Legacy at Falcon Point. In 2019, they became the Plant Operations Director at Validus Senior Living, where they worked until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Andy served as the Director of Facilities at Discovery Senior Living. In 2023, they held the position of Regional Director of Facilities Management at Enlivant before being appointed as the Director of Plant Operations at Anthology Senior Living.
