Tim Schestak currently serves as the Head of Project Management at AnyDesk Software, leading a global PMO team comprising project, portfolio, and process specialists while acting as a strategic advisor to the Management Team. Previously, Tim held the role of Head of Project Management Office at Internetstores, overseeing a €25 million project portfolio and managing 30 cross-functional project managers, as well as establishing the Group PMO for SIGNA Sports United. Additional roles at Internetstores included Project Manager Strategic Projects, where Tim significantly improved productivity through the implementation of comprehensive project management processes, and Junior Project Manager, where Tim managed hybrid projects and led innovative initiatives. Tim began the professional journey at Jakob-Friedrich-Schöllkopf-Schule, culminating in qualifications as a State-certified Business Assistant and extensive experience across various e-commerce domains during a trainee program.
