Ashley Coselli

Ashley Coselli, JD, serves as the Director of Corporate Compliance at Apache Corporation since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley was Managing Counsel for Ethics, Compliance, and International Trade at TotalEnergies from February 2018 to December 2021. Ashley's experience includes positions as Anti-corruption and Trade Sanctions Specialist at BHP, Sr. Compliance Attorney at Noble Energy, and various compliance roles at Parker Drilling Company. Additionally, a legal internship at the Harris County Attorney's Office and a law clerk position at Baker Hughes contributed to Ashley's foundational legal expertise. Ashley holds a JD from South Texas College of Law Houston, a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, and participated in an undergraduate study abroad program in Business at CIMBA.
