Michael Aronoff is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at The Apawamis Club since April 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Chef De Partie and Lead Line Cook at Larchmont Yacht Club from September 2018 to April 2022, excelling in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Sous Chef at Stax, where Michael gained expertise in managing an A La Carte kitchen, and as a Line Cook at Sleepy Hollow Country Club, developing skills in a large banquet kitchen setting. Michael earned a degree in Culinary Arts & Management from SUNY Westchester Community College, completing studies in 2017.
