John Seabourn is an experienced digital and information leader currently serving as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at APEM Group since September 2024 and as a Director for the Association for Geographic Information since January 2023. Previously, John held several key roles at the North Sea Transition Authority from May 2017 to September 2024, advancing digital transformation initiatives and leading significant projects such as the OGA’s Digital Strategy 2020-25. John's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Mapping and GIS Manager at the Department of Energy and Climate Change and as Geospatial Analyst at the UK Ministry of Defence. John holds a degree in Digital and IT Leadership from Cranfield School of Management and a BSc in Geography & Geology from the University of Leicester.
