Stephanie (Chamberlain) DiBlasio, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephanie started their career in 1996 as an Office Manager at Condominium Management Company and then moved on to work as Human Resources & Admissions at Woodcrest Retirement Center from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, Stephanie joined Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where they held various roles including Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant, as well as Assistant to the Chief of Staff. Since 2010, Stephanie has been working at Apex Benefits as the VP of HR & Administration, where they provide employers with customized multi-year strategies for lowering healthcare and pharmacy benefits costs, and creating cultures of wellness.
Stephanie (Chamberlain) DiBlasio, SPHR, SHRM-SCP attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health and Psychology. Stephanie obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2009. In May 2015, they received the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM Certification. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a Life, Accident and Health Producer License from the Indiana Department of Insurance in 2019 and a Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in February 2022.
