David Vincent is an experienced professional in information security governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the InfoSec Governance Risk & Compliance Manager for the City of Arlington since April 2024. Previously, David held leadership roles at GRC Defender, PwC, and Sicuro Advisors LLC, culminating in a Managing Director position focused on North America IT GRC Practice. David's extensive career began as a Systems & Network Security Administrator at Louisiana State University and includes significant experience at notable organizations such as IBM and KPMG. David holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Cyber Security and a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems & Decision Science from Louisiana State University. David's foundational training was also received during service in the US Navy.
