Yael Rosner Niv

Yael Rosner Niv has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment field. Yael started their career in 2010 as a Recruiting Center Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they managed the recruiting center and a team of 10 recruiting referents. In 2012, they joined Microsoft as a Recruiter and Staffing Associate Lead, managing a team of six staffing associates and building recruitment strategies. In 2018, they moved to SimilarWeb as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are the Director of People at Apiiro, a Cloud Application Security Platform that won the RSA Innovation Sandbox 2021 and was named a Gartner 2021 Cool Vendor in DevSecOps.

Yael Rosner Niv completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of New Haven between 2006 and 2009. Yael then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Executive Program - Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University between 2012 and 2013.
