Charlotte Olsson has extensive experience in the travel and retail sectors, showcasing a strong background in administration and customer service. Since June 2001, Charlotte has been with Apollo Travel Group, initially serving as a Gruppchef for Kundservice, overseeing the complaints department and managing customer relations while providing expertise in package travel regulations. Currently, Charlotte operates as a Databasadministratör and web content editor, responsible for production and quality coordination within the marketing department, as well as managing updates in PIM (inRiver) and DAM (Celum). Prior to Apollo, Charlotte worked at Guldfynd AB from December 1993 to June 2001, where roles included Butiksadministratör, Butikschef, and Butikssäljare, focusing on sales and overall store management. Education includes a Juristexamen from Stockholm University and additional studies at IHM Business School and Frans Schartaus Business Institute.
