Johnny Nilsson is an accomplished professional in the field of CRM and Dynamics365 with extensive experience in the travel industry. Currently serving as the Head of the DER D365 Competence Center at DER Touristik since January 2021, Johnny is instrumental in implementing Dynamics and Power Platform to enhance customer insights across the organization. Previously, in the role of Head of CRM and Product Owner for Dynamics365 at Apollo Travel Group since January 2017, Johnny drove key CRM initiatives. Johnny's career includes significant positions at Kuoni Scandinavia and Kuoni Travel Group, focusing on customer-centric CRM implementations and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Human Geography from Mid Sweden University.
