Rajesh Konda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rajesh started their career as a Lead Programmer at Cognizant in 2007, where they worked until 2009. Rajesh then joined BNY Mellon as a Project Lead, where they led the ETL development and worked on requirement analysis, design, and development of ETL mappings and processes on Informatica Power Center and Unix. Rajesh then transitioned to Dell EMC in 2016 as a Principal Software Engineer, taking on the role of ETL and Data Architect. During their time at Dell EMC, they were responsible for developing and delivering long-term strategic goals for data architecture vision and standards. Rajesh also played a key role in managing tasks and deadlines for the Data Engineering teams and collaborated with product owners and business users to ensure the accuracy and completeness of requirements.
