Allison McRae is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with significant experience in leading organizational growth and human resources initiatives. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement at AppFolio, Inc. since April 2019, Allison previously held the position of HR Operations Manager. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Sr. Business Operations at Adero and Vice President of Operations at Oasis Collections, where responsibilities included managing corporate operations during rapid expansion and developing company culture across global offices.
