Kirsten Rowland

Kirsten Rowland is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and human resources. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Customer Experience at AppFolio since September 2024, Kirsten previously held multiple roles at FANCY SPRINKLES, including HR Manager, where responsibilities included team offsite planning and the creation of onboarding processes. Kirsten also has a track record in customer success, having worked as the Director of Customer Success at ShipHawk and various managerial positions at AppFolio Inc., focusing on team development, customer relationship management, and process improvement. Kirsten's earlier experience includes supervising staff at the UCSB Recreation Center and an internship in athletic training. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, supplemented by studies at the UC Paris Study Center.
