Evan Lewis possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the FSQR Comanufacturing Lead at Cargill since January 2016, where responsibilities include ensuring effective food safety programs for co-packers and evaluating vendor food quality assurance systems. In addition to this role, Evan also holds the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Applegate, overseeing the quality and safety of products from 23 contract processors and 22 raw supply facilities. Prior experience at Cargill includes positions such as Reliability & Process Improvement Deployment Lead, Quality Assurance Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating a strong background in process improvement, quality management, and regulatory compliance within the food industry. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Radford University.
