Jordan Diffenderfer is a highly accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Applied Innovation since March 2019, Jordan has achieved numerous accolades, including the DAYTONA Club, Platinum Club, and President's Club in multiple years, while tripling territory growth and significantly expanding service offerings for existing customers. Prior experience includes roles at Nielsen as a Bilingual Field Representative, where Jordan earned accolades such as Impact Player of the Year and maintained high sales performance, and as an Account Manager at B.A.P., Inc. A background in bilingual customer service and education as a tutor in Spanish and Italian complements Jordan's professional skills. Jordan holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Ashland University and a BA in Spanish, Italian, and Business from Saint Mary's College.
