Since 1997, they have been with Applied Mechanical Systems, Inc., starting as a Human Resources Manager and currently serving as the Vice President.
Brian Daugherty attended Wright State University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
