Danail Kanchev currently serves as Chief People Officer at ApprovalMax, overseeing global HR and Recruitment functions since December 2023. Concurrently, Danail holds the roles of Managing Director and Head of Administration at Dext, where leadership encompasses HR Operations, Legal, Financial, IT Support, and Office Management for the Bulgarian entity. As a Co-Founder of BestInSkill, Danail is actively engaged in product and business development for a labor network platform that offers ATS and HR software solutions.
