MacKenzie Gabe Ulfsrud has over a decade of experience in customer success and marketing, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Customer Success at Appspace since June 2015. Prior roles at Appspace include Senior Director and Customer Success Director. Prior to this, Ulfsrud worked at Amazon from July 2013 to June 2015 as an Inventory & Marketing Manager, where notable achievements included managing the marketing launch of Amazon Destinations, leading to significant initial revenue, and executing multiple marketing strategies. Ulfsrud also held positions at Amazon as an Account Manager, where responsibilities involved analyzing data for sales strategies and improving operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as a Solutions Architect/Project Manager at Xerox and working as a Student Employee at the University of Oklahoma, where Ulfsrud earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Culture.
