Danish Shaikh

Danish Shaikh is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a focus on both IT and non-IT recruitment. Currently serving at ApTask since August 2022, Danish manages candidate relationships and streamlines hiring processes through adept sourcing on platforms such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn. Prior roles include working at Persistent Systems, where Danish acted as the primary Point of Contact for project hiring needs, and at Meher Distilleries Private Limited, where strategic talent acquisition and team mentoring were key responsibilities. Earlier experience as Talent Acquisition Lead at Coppergate involved coordinating recruitment processes and training new recruiters. Danish holds a BMM degree in Business Administration and Management from North Maharashtra University.
