Kristy Lennox has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Kristy'smost recent position is Director of Human Resources (North America & Peru) in the Construction, Operations & Maintenance (COM) sector at APTIM, where they started in 2023. Kristy'searliest experience was as a Research Assistant at the Liu Institute for Global Issues from 2007 to 2009.
Kristy Lennox obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Affairs from The University of British Columbia in 2009. Kristy then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations and Affairs at Carleton University from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they completed a Post-Graduate Degree in Labour Relations from Queens University IRC. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Kristy Lennox holds the certification of CPHR from CPHR BC & Yukon.
