Linda Brooks

Linda Brooks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and project leadership within the technology and finance sectors. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Solutions Implementation Specialist at Aptos Retail since September 2002, Linda has excelled in implementing and supporting various products, including CRS Loss Prevention and CRM solutions, while also providing customer training and quality assurance testing. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Warehouse Project Leader at GE Capital, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Risk Management Datamart project, and leading installations of financial systems such as GEAC and Oracle General Ledger. Previous roles also included consulting positions at MEDCO Containment Services and IBM Corporation, as well as programming and analysis at Connecticut National Bank and Traveler's Insurance Companies.
