Veronique M. Poulin

Veronique M. Poulin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Aquila since July 2025. Prior to this role, Veronique worked as an Associate at Fasken from September 2022 to June 2025, specializing in emerging technologies, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law. Veronique's legal career began at LaBarge Weinstein LLP, where Veronique progressed from Articling Student to Associate from August 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Legal Research Assistant at uOttawa's Centre for Law, Technology and Society, and several internships in various legal settings. Veronique holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa and a Honours Bachelor degree in Law from Carleton University.
