Grant Haddix

Grant Haddix is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemical and energy sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Third Wave Production, LLC since April 2019, Grant has focused on enhancing production from unconventional wells using surfactant technology, leading successful field trials in the Eagle Ford region. In addition, Grant serves as an Operating Partner at Ara Partners, overseeing investments aimed at improving resource efficiency in various industries. Prior to these roles, Grant spent 16 years at Shell, where significant accomplishments included creating an enhanced oil recovery surfactant business and developing strategies that resulted in substantial revenue growth for Shell Chemicals. Grant holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
