Vanessa Dawson is the current CEO and founder of Arber, a women-focused early stage venture capital fund. Dawson has a long history of working with businesses and organizations that focus on empowering women and promoting gender equality. Vanessa was previously the director of business development at Dom & Tom, an app development company, and the CEO and founder of Evry, a social planning and payments platform. Vanessa has also worked with the National Women's Business Council, 1843 Capital, Loop & Tie, Silvernest, and Flytographer.
Vanessa Dawson has a BScH from Queen's University in Dual Degree - Psychology/Biology, and they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for Venture Capital & Private Equity. Vanessa also went to West Vancouver Secondary.
