Laura Vijfhuizen

Laura Vijfhuizen is a professional in Learning & Development with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving at Arbo Unie since July 2019, Laura previously worked at Sanquin from September 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating Management Development programs, advising on development inquiries, and organizing training modules. Prior to Sanquin, Laura completed an HR internship at Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB) and conducted research therein, and also interned at Aegon focusing on employee sustainability initiatives for the 50+ demographic. Additional experience includes administrative support at SWALEF pensioenjuristen academie and HR assistance at Jumbo Supermarkten. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, completed in 2016, and has been actively involved as a board member of the Young Professional network 'Young Blood'.
