Arbor Education
Santino graduated from Sheffield University with a law degree in 2006. Prior to joining Arbor, he has spent over 10 years hiring and building people functions for a number of highly innovative technology companies. As interim Head of People, Santino is passionate about making Arbor a happy, thriving, and diverse environment for all. When not working, Santino can often be found watching his beloved Arsenal or doing house renovation badly.
