Benjamin M. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of aerospace. Benjamin started their career in 2010 as a Research Assistant at Fusion Research, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they co-founded Arch Aerial and held the position of Co-Founder. In 2013, they joined United Space Alliance as an ISS Flight Control Specialist, and in 2014, they moved to Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) to continue working in the same role. Benjamin M. joined NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration in 2019 as an ISS Flight Control Specialist, where they are currently employed.

Benjamin M. pursued their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2012 at The University of Texas at Austin. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Physics.
