Dillon Thomasson

Dillon Thomasson has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Dillon started their career at ACD Cryogenics in 2005 as a Project Engineer. Dillon then joined General Dynamics in 2007, where they worked as a Project Engineer for three years, focusing on electro-mechanical linear actuators for MDA application. Dillon was responsible for scoping and planning technical aspects of the program and acted as a functional ME. In 2010, Dillon was promoted to Lead Design Engineer at General Dynamics, where they became the technical lead for development and next-generation DoD application products. Dillon was in charge of system architecture, scoping, and execution of all design efforts. Dillon worked closely with customers as a technical liaison. In 2014, Dillon joined Apple as an R&D Manager in their Special Projects Group, focusing on technology scoping and hardware development for next-generation products. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Electric Engine at Archer.

Dillon Thomasson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
