Kristin Bartlett

Kristin Bartlett, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and sales within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager for the West Region at Arcosa Inc. since February 2019, Kristin oversees back-office functions including project management, administration, engineering, and modeling. Prior roles include Inside Sales Manager at Trinity Industries, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing a sales team, developing strategic proposals, and maintaining customer relationships, and Market Development Engineer at Thomas & Betts, focusing on project management and customer satisfaction. Kristin began their career as a Design Engineer at Askew Hargraves Harcourt and Associates. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University.
