Liang Wu, Ph.D. currently holds the position of Head of Technical Support Team for MEA and India at Arctech, where Liang also serves as the Wind Tunnel Manager responsible for wind tunnel experiments of solar power generation equipment. Prior to this role, Liang worked at JINKE PROPERTY GROUP CO., LTD as the Deputy Project Manager and Engineering Manager. Liang Wu also has experience working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas Tech University and Southeast University. Additionally, Liang was a Foreign Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where Liang assisted in the damage survey of hurricanes Harvey and Irma, documented meteorological information, and wind field maps. Liang Wu holds a PhD in Wind Science and Engineering from Texas Tech University, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Southeast University, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Shijiazhuang Railway Institute.
