Emma Ward

Emma Ward has a diverse background in customer service and operations, with significant experience in the outdoor retail and travel industries. Currently, Emma serves as a Guest Services Delivery Specialist at Arc'teryx Equipment, having progressed through various roles including Guest Services Supervisor and Senior Guest Services Representative since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Roots, and as an International Travel Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group. Emma has also worked as a Planning and Environmental Consultant at VG Energy, and held positions in customer service with easyJet and TUI Travel PLC. Emma holds a BSc in Geography from Aberystwyth University, completed in 2011.
