Megan Shepherd began their work experience as a Bridal Consultant at Noah Brown Bridal Shop in 2011. Megan worked closely with the owner, assisting with various tasks such as buying accessories and bridal wear, fittings, managing social media, and being the face of the store. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Roots, where they held various roles including Women's Associate Designer, Product Developer, and Men's Associate Designer. At October's Very Own from 2017 to 2019, they were involved in Production Management, overseeing special projects and capsule collections. At lululemon from 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Technical Developer for women's bottoms. In 2021, they launched their passion project, WoolinWater, creating hand-made rugs and wall art. Currently, they are employed at Arc'teryx Equipment, starting as a Commercialization Specialist and later becoming a Product Developer.

Megan Shepherd obtained an Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design from Fanshawe College, focusing on the field of Fashion/Apparel Design from 2010 to 2014.
