Sean Fenton

Sean Fenton has over a decade of experience in the retail and omnichannel sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Omnichannel and Retail Systems at Arc'teryx Equipment since May 2011. Sean has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Manager of Commercial Business Process, Project Lead for SAP, and Store Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze and implement strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Under Sean's leadership, a team of 30 staff was developed through effective training and succession planning. Prior to Arc'teryx, Sean worked at Grouse Mountain from January 2007 to 2011, holding positions such as Assistant Store Manager and Product Guide. Sean holds a Bachelor of Tourism degree from Capilano University, completed in June 2012.
