Kirk Soluk

Kirk Soluk currently serves as the Senior Manager of Security Research at Arctic Wolf, focusing on adversary emulation, AI and ML applications in malware analysis, and high-fidelity IOC extraction. Previously, at Proofpoint, Kirk led a global team in threat detection, developing malware analysis environments and driving innovation in security products. Prior experience includes roles as ASERT Threat Intelligence and Response Manager at Arbor Networks, where Kirk managed response to significant DDoS attacks, and at the University of Michigan, overseeing the information security program's growth. Kirk's career began at Microsoft, where significant contributions were made to Windows security, including the Security Configuration Wizard. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Computer Science from Michigan State University.
