Michael Lamia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare staffing industry. As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Ardor Health Solutions since January 2001, Michael has focused on the sourcing and placement of healthcare professionals, emphasizing caregiver-centric values. Prior to Ardor, Michael founded and served as President of HighTechGroup from January 2003 to December 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing strategy, sales, and operations. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce from July 1996 to January 2000, specializing in technical sales and recruiting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computers from the University of South Florida, obtained between 1983 and 1987.

Ardor Health Solutions formed in 2001 and remains a privately held medical staffing business owned and operated by the same family.
