Andrew Hua

Andrew Hua is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in restructuring and portfolio management. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Ares Management, L.P. since January 2017, Andrew focuses on control positions, overseeing work-out and restructuring transactions, as well as growing and turning around portfolio companies. In addition to this role, Andrew is a member of the Board of Directors for several companies, including Visual Edge IT, ibml, Rug Doctor LLC, and previously Alcami Corporation and AAMCO Transmissions. Prior experience includes holding positions at American Capital, where Andrew was a Senior Associate, and serving as a Board Member for American Driveline Systems. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Virginia.
