Jonathan Weston has over two decades of experience in journalism and market analysis, currently serving as the Europe and Asia Bitumen Lead at Argus Media since September 2011. In this role, Jonathan oversees coverage of the bitumen markets across Europe and the Asia-Pacific, managing a global team of 10 reporters and editors. Previously, Jonathan held positions such as Editor of Speciality Products, where a dedicated team was established to cover diverse oil-related products, and Editor of Argus Bitumen, launching a new publication focused on several international markets. Jonathan also served as Deputy Editor, specializing in crude oil pricing and analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Stockbroker at CSS Investments and as Business Editor for the Surrey Advertiser, complemented by a postgraduate qualification in journalism obtained in 1999.
