Hugo Paugam is an accomplished software development engineer with extensive experience in robotics and automation, currently serving as Ingénieur Développement Logiciel at ArianeGroup since February 2022. Prior to this role, Hugo worked as a consultant at Astek, where significant contributions included the development of robotic functionalities for automated shuttle systems and 3D visualization applications in C#. Hugo has also gained experience in image processing as a summer intern at Safran Electronics & Defense, and has held various roles in software development and project management across multiple organizations, including TECNALIA Research & Innovation and SKEYETECH. Hugo holds a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in mechatronics, robotics, and automation from Centrale Nantes.
