Nicolas Normand has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement, currently serving as Quality Performance Manager at ArianeGroup since April 2016. Normand has held various positions within ArianeGroup, including Central Improver and MBB, and MAIT Improver & Change Manager. Prior to this, Nicolas was an academic instructor at Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from January 2015 to January 2017, and spent over two decades at Snecma in various roles related to quality assurance and Lean Six Sigma project management. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Quality Management from UVSQ and certifications in marketing and quality from Georgetown University.
