Jessica Richard

Jessica Richard currently serves as Chief of Staff for Global & Emerging Markets Equities at Ariel Investments, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, a significant tenure at UBS spanned from July 2007 to June 2023, where multiple executive roles were undertaken, including Chief of Staff for the Chief Investment Office (CIO) Americas and Investment Solutions, and Chief of Staff for Advisory & Planning Products within Wealth Management. Jessica Richard's leadership in these roles involved merging research with product teams and overseeing a large-scale wealth management organization. Engagements included co-leading the UBS Americas Women's Network and managing global operations and client services initiatives. An international assignment in Zurich was also completed, contributing to enterprise transformation efforts. Jessica Richard holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Alfred University.
