Carly McGhee

Carly McGhee is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in retail technology and operations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Project Management at Aritzia since August 2016, Carly has played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Oracle Retail Suite across over 90 stores, managing the operations of a new order management system. Prior to Aritzia, Carly held various positions, including IT Manager and Retail Operations Manager at M Boutique, and gained entrepreneurial experience as the owner and designer of Iron Plume. Additional experience includes roles at Fashion Crimes as Merchant Analyst/General Manager and as Store Manager at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Carly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Photography, from OCAD University.
