John E. Currie

John Currie has extensive experience in financial leadership and board governance. Currently, John serves as a Board Member and Lead Independent Director at Aritzia, where John also chairs the Audit Committee and participates in the Compensation Committee. In addition, John holds a Director position at Bailey Nelson and is an Advisory Board Member for Earls Kitchen + Bar. Previously, John was a Board Member with the Vancouver Airport Authority, chairing the Finance and Audit Committee and contributing to the HR Committee. John’s prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at lululemon and Chief Financial Officer/SVP of Financing & Taxation at Intrawest. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of British Columbia and designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Canada.
