Elizabeth Hutton

Elizabeth Hutton is a skilled AI professional with extensive experience in machine learning and natural language processing. Currently serving as a Senior AI Engineer at Arize AI since June 2025, Elizabeth is involved in developing open-source GenAI evaluations for Arize Phoenix. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at Cisco from November 2019 to May 2025, initially as a Machine Learning Engineer leading the Webex Contact Center AI Team and later as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where Elizabeth spearheaded the development of NLP and speech features for collaboration products. Earlier experience includes a role as an Artificial Intelligence Fellow at Insight Data Science, where Elizabeth developed a topic modeling package utilizing NLP, and positions at the University of Southern California as a Psycholinguistics Researcher and at Universitat Pompeu Fabra as a Computational Neuroscience Researcher. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science, both from the University of Southern California.
