Carter Keenan

Carter Keenan is an experienced professional in guest services and business operations, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Guest Services for the Arizona Diamondbacks since April 2022, overseeing the management of a large game day staff and collaborating with HR on recruitment processes. With a background in administrative support, Carter has held Business Operations Coordinator roles at both Carefree Home Management and Signature Home Management since June 2019. Prior experience includes positions at The Country Club at DC Ranch, where Carter developed in member services and food and beverage management, and as a Special Events Coordinator for Delaware North at Lambeau Field, managing logistics for over 200 events.
