Jérôme Fady has a strong and diverse work experience in various industries. Jérôme has worked as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Arkema since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Bostik from 2009-2015 as the Global Manufacturing and Health Safety Environment Director, where they successfully implemented a program to improve production cost and reduce accidents. From 2007-2009, they served as the Managing Director of the Fine Specialty Chemicals division at PCAS, where they focused on increasing sales and profitability. Before that, they worked at DSM from 2004-2007 as the Director of Strategic Projects and Corporate Planning and was involved in integrating acquisitions and defining the company's strategy. Jérôme also has experience as a senior consultant at Dirigeants & investisseurs. Earlier in their career, they worked at Imerys as the General Manager of the Tableware Division and at DSM in various managerial roles. Jérôme Fady began their career at Solvay and SONERTEC and also served as a visiting scientist at UC Berkeley.
Jérôme Fady completed their undergraduate studies in Biotechnology & Chemical Engineering at CentraleSupélec from 1980 to 1983, earning an Ingénieur degree. In 1992, they attended INSEAD for the YMP program, and in 1982 and 1983, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
