Tilo Quink is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the chemicals and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Arkema since June 2024, Tilo previously held the position of Global Head Packaging Adhesives, Coatings & Sealants at Henkel from September 2018 to June 2024, overseeing approximately €10 billion in sales for Henkel Adhesives Technologies, the global leader in adhesives. Tilo also contributed as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Saperatec GmbH from September 2019 to 2023, focusing on sustainable raw materials and recycling solutions. Earlier roles include Partner at GL Holding, specializing in start-ups and technology commercialization, and a significant tenure at thyssenkrupp from 2002 to August 2016, where Tilo held various leadership positions including President & CEO of tk China and CEO of tk Mannex.
